floral peplum

cute yet sophisticated mini peplum dress, comes in 3 different floral patterns. great for ushering in spring. beautiful sweetheart neckline and has column to attach clear bra straps for those who are not comfortable wearing a strapless dress. smocked back to fit snugly.
